You have probably got a whole load of questions, but here are the answers to the main things that people ask .....
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR ??
ARE THERE ANY AGE LIMITS ??
You must be 18 years of age or older to attend pole fitness classes and sessions with polein2fitness.
There is no upper age limit - age is all in the mind, you're as old as you feel!
ARE THERE ANY HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS??
If you are in general good health, then pole fitness will be suitable for you.
You will be asked to complete a short health questionnaire - please do this honestly so the instructor is fully informed of any issues and can give you best advice and alternative exercises if necessary.
Pole fitness is not suitable for pregnant women.
WHAT ARE THE RISKS??
With any activity there is an element of risk, and pole fitness is no different. Please be aware of the following:
Every effort is made to make your classes and sessions as safe and enjoyable as possible.
However, you are also responsible for your own safety, so listen carefully to all instructions and listen to your own body. If something doesn't feel right for you then alternatives can be provided if you tell the instructor.
If at any time you wish to withdraw from the session you are free to do so.
ALCOHOL POLICY
In order to ensure safety at all times you will not be allowed to participate in a session if you have taken alcohol - your session fee will not be refunded in these circumstances.
WARNING: Pole fitness is addictive - once you try it you'll be hooked!!!!!
